This weekend was designed to find flaws in our nutrition plan. On Saturday, we rode for 5 hours and then ran for 1 hour to see how we would do. I felt ok on the bike and managed 67 miles. My run was great and I ran 6.3 miles in under an hour. On Sunday, I swam in the ocean and ran half a marathon in 2 hours 7 minutes. I have a long way to go to hit my goal of $6000.
