This weeks recipe is Zucchini Pasta with Basil Pesto 4 zucchini, for pasta 1 bunch basil leaves (approx 2 Cups) 1/4 C olive oil 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 t Himalayan salt 2 t light miso*, unpasteurized 1/2 t nutritional yeast* 1/4 C pine nuts * do not use if on candida diet Pasta: peel zucchini into strips with peeler. Pesto: place all other ingredients in cuisinart and blend until smooth. Mix pasta and pesto together! Yummm
