Those of u who know me know Ive struggled w brain issues... Its hereditary I have taken steps to help control the symptoms.... Its taken a lot of self reflection and strength to get to where I am... My family has been rocked with suicide and suicide attempts.. Id like to consider myself a pretty decent friend and would anything to help anyone and do my best to talk a person back from the ledge ... But after the loss of a very important member of my family its a touchy subject to me and if I go outta my way to help a person after so long of helping you dont seek the help you need Im sorry I have to draw the line... I am fighting my own illness and ripping open a wound and reminding me of my familys pain is not cool or fair to me! If you know you have problems with bouts of depression please for the sake of your loved ones take a stand and help yourself... There is help to be had out there the first step is a phone call away! I cant b the one to dial the phone!
