Those of you who are under the wrong impression that the judiciary is lopsided can verify the following statement. Honourable Judge Shri NirmalJeet Kaur ( Jodhpur High Court) has granted Bail to several POCSO cases where even medically the rapes where confirmed. I repeat again that we have suffered so much due to the intentional delay and hampering due to the internal handlers who deliberately thwarted and avoided help from Legal Giants like CV Nagesh/ Subramaniam Swamy / Jethmalaniji ( he was provided with very poor drafts and evidences to intentionally fail in the case ) . Thus , please come out of the delusion that POCSO is the reason for the delay in the bail . Rather , constant changing of lawyers and avoiding and rejecting help and advise to intentionally spoil the case is the real reason for not obtaining bail. Even Abdul Naser Madani and Sajay dutt got Bail . Bapu would have obviously got it. But you know who is always creating confusions and just makeing the case more and more complicated .
