Doors open at 7pm. The Great Hall located on the upper level of the Memorial Student Center at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Geographically, he was born in a state that rests between Mississippi and Georgia, but mentally he was raised in a state of constant change. Alabama-native Wolf had been brought up bouncing around between Alabama and Tennessee as a child, exposing him to the impoverished realities of both White Americas trailer parks and Black Americas ghettos. His Slumerican mantra describes the harsh life he lived and the dream he represents. Once he was introduced to Beastie Boys and Run DMC, young Wolf knew that Hip Hop was in his DNA. In a world polluted with monotonous nonsense, St Paul Slim is a breath of fresh air. He towers over the competition with his precise delivery and unprecedented wordplay; making him one of the most sought after mcs in the twin cities. In his music, St Paul Slim covers the whole spectrum, allowing him to appeal to all the masses of different hip hop listeners. This event is sponsored by Blue Devil Productions of the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Tickets purchased in advance to this event are $10 for UW-Stout students (present UW Stout I.D at door) and $20 for the public. Ticket prices will be $12 for UW-Stout students and $22 for the public the day of show. Tickets are available at tickets.uwstout.edu or at the Memorial Student Center. Accessibility: For event guests with special needs, requiring alternative accommodations, please contact Emily Ascher at [email protected] to make arrangements. Directions and parking: Click here for directions to the Memorial Student Center. Parking in campus lots and at metered spots are free after 4:30pm. - See more at: bdp.uwstout.edu/events/2013/oct/24.html#sthash.W73bIVtr.dpuf ------------------------------------------------------------------ Thursday October 24 2013 Fuzzys Bar & Grill - Menomonie THursday Night - LADIES NIGHT!!!
