Tiger Shark swims right up to two divers off of Sarasota. This was video was taken in 80 feet of water just northwest of the weather bouy. They had just harvested a spiny Lobster and the Tiger Shark was interested in harvesting something for himself. As you can see in the video he made a close pass but realized they werent turtles and moved on. This is the way most of your shark encounters would be if you are lucky enough to have one. I still havent seen a Tiger Shark and would love to see one someday. Thanks Jason for sharing the video he is the diver in the video and Gene is the videographer, Rick Carlton and myself were in the boat when they surfaced and called for the boat to come over and get them.
