Time for CHAPTER 2 , of The old man of the Mountains - The Assassins . Letter from Marco Polo about the Sect . In a fortified valley between two mountains , the Sheikh, or Old Man of the Assassins , had planted a beautiful garden that gre every fruit in the world . The garden was watered with streams of wine , milk and honey . As the Prophet Muhammads paradise, on which it was modelled, it held guilded palces , houris, dancers , musicians and singers . And it was seen only by those who where made Assassins . Young men who had been trained in arms at the Old mans court were drugged , taken to the hidden garden, and initiated into its delights . They lived in luxury for a few days , convinced that their leader had transported them to paradise . When they were suddenly drugged again and taken back to the court they were eager to risk their lives for him in order to return ...Away they went , and did all they were commanded . Thus it happened that no man ever escaped when the Sheikh of the mountain desired his death ..............No comment on the contents of the Letter ....but the Assassins and the true Knight Templars , as of yesterday as of today , they do KNOW exactly what they are fighting for, but would about the would be Assassins and the would be Knights .....
