Time for another healthy side dish recipe ..... Roasted butternut squash In a large bowl mix cubed squash , green onions, 4-5 minced garlic cloves , salt , pepper and of course mrs dash ( I used the onion & herb one for this recipe) drizzle evoo and toss like a salad , coat a Pyrex pan with cooking spray or evoo and your ready to roast . Try to have a flat layer of the squash in the pan . Cook at 350 for about 45 min or until squash is fork tender ! ..... Yum !!!!! Great with turkey patties, grilled chicken or steak
