Tioga Freedomist wanted to make people aware that there is a search going on in the Cherry Flats area near Wellsboro. We have been able to confirm through State police that this is NOT a search for a child, NOR is it related to the MISSING Mainesburg teen. Mansfield, Wellsboro and Middlebury has also responding with 4 wheelers. State police did not release any other information. Do not approach the scene: this is a standing request for all such posts, which we post in order for people to know to avoid the area and NOT get under foot. There will be little updates as another incident is unfolding in Tioga, believing it is a medical situation where a helicopter has been requested. (Report by Lonny Frost)
