Tip of the Day :- PAN FRYING Pan frying is a cooking method which uses the absolute minimal amount of fat or oil. Typically the oil used is just enough to coat the pan and prevent food from sticking to it. While pan frying fresh or processed meats that have a high fat content, like pork belly or bacon, no oil may be needed at all. Usually a shallow pan, dense is used, but one can even use a deeper vessel or skillet. Large slices, fillets or strips of food as usually cooked using this method. When pan frying, food must be flipped over at least once to ensure both sides are evenly cooked.
