To: Accounting Staff Re: Please Do Not Enter the Sweepstakes This message is with regards to the ongoing litigation in the matter of United Stakes v. Stackswell & Co. It has come to my attention that several IRS agents and federal marshals have been contacting members of the accounting staff. I would be remiss in my duties to the company were I to refrain from comment on the substance of these conversations. I will be blunt: do not enter their so-called sweepstakes. The entry form for the sweepstakes is clearly a form affidavit, pursuant to the Rules of Federal Court subs.15(1)(b)(vi). Given the nature of the information requested on the entry form, I am of the opinion that this is a tactical manoeuvre by the Plaintiff to secure admissions to be used in Court. Please refrain from any further disclosure of company accounting practices, bank accounts, and on-site storage of marijuana. I would also point out that it is highly unusual in the ordinary practice of a legitimate and good faith sweepstakes to have entries sworn before a notary public. I will heretofore not be notarizing any entries by staff in this sweepstakes, which the reasons above should make abundantly clear is a sweepstakes and not a sweepstakes. A seminar will be hosted this Saturday to advise you of invoking your 5th Amendment rights. In the coming weeks I will also consult with risk management to see if it will be worthwhile to litigate to secure the speedboat alleged to be the prize of the sweepstakes. Govern yourselves accordingly, CJS Felling, Esquire General Counsel
