Sir and Madam, We have so much discrimination and corruption in our Judiciary and Law enforcement system that common citizens are getting their human Rights and Constitutional rights violated by day in and day out. It’s irony that even our Soldiers and low rank police officials are being victims of these systemic discrimination and an inhumanity. Fighting against injustice is in my blood may be because I was born and brought up as Kshatriya. I never thought that someday I will end up fighting for the life and liberty of my family male members and will be fighting in this male dominating society for the rights of women and men in UNIFORMS who are serving within the states and on the borders of our country. I lost my Dad, my brothers’ sanity, my US based businesses, my marital life to this disgusting Systemic corruption which started in my case under misuse of 498A. Till this point I was being very patient and was adopting every legal way to win the fight against corruption while allowing Dad’s murderers and our abusers to keep their every corrupt action in close door, but not anymore. My daughter was just three years old when she first came to India with me to help her abused Ajoba (Granddad) and abused Mama (Uncle). She is eighteen years old today and still fails to witness her mom getting any justice for her murdered Ajoba and abused Mama. Instead she has started being fearful for her Mom’s Life and Liberty in India and in US as well, after watching her mom go through the FBI investigation. Out of last seven years almost six years my young daughter stayed back home in Washington without having her mom around, no child deserve that. I missed watching her grow all these years from being little girl to a beautiful young woman, no compensation amount will bring those days back in our daughter-mothers’ life. As a daughter, sister I still could be tolerant to illegal corrupt practices of involved officials’ from Maharashtra Police, Home Ministry, External Affairs Ministry and Lawyers, Judges’ but my daughter’s ultimatum has made me desperate to bring all these corrupt criminals to justice in open public court and in expedite manner. I neither wish to lose my daughter nor this fight against corruption. I cannot bring my Dad back but still could save my brothers’ life and also could help giving loud, confident voice and support to millions of other common Indians Citizens who are being victims like me and forced to survive Law Enforcement and U.S. House Judiciary Committee corruption forever. How could media in Maharashtra dare to write against the same high rank police officials who adopted inhuman practices against me also did injustice to their fellow Police officers Mr. Ashok Kamte, Mr. Hemant Karkare and Mr. Vijay Salaskar? My heart aches when I think about three police officers fighting for their life, lying in pool of blood just few kilometers away from Bombay Police Control room. Why the police officers who were sitting in that office refused to go out to help or refused to send help for those dying police officers. I am happy that finally Government hung Kasab to death but when will real culprits get punish? Irony is we accept this kind of injustice hands down. Our Law enforcement and Judiciary system have so much discrimination, corruption and inhumanity, here are my few observations………. 1) Sanjay Daatt gets leniency under Humanitarian ground from Supreme Court and same court fails to give justice to Our beheaded Kargil Shaheeds Sepoy Bhausaheb Talekar, Capt’ Saurabh Kalia, Sepoy Mula Ram Bidiasar, Sepoy Naresh Singh sinsinwar, Sepoy Bhanwarlal Bagaria, Sepoy Bikaram Mundh and our recent beheaded Shaheeds Naik Sudhakr and Hemraj. 2) Politician gets royal funerals but parents, family members of our beheaded, mutilated soldiers Shaheed don’t even get to do proper, religious last rituals to their Sons, Brothers and Husbands. 3) Common and underprivileged citizen don’t get police protection even if his/ her life and liberty is in danger but then Maharashtra Home Minister R. R. Patil don’t hesitate to provide police bandobast to every Movie theater so Sharukh Khan’s controversial movie release could be successful……. 4) Sonia Gandhi comes in my Country as foreigner Daughter in law, in spite of it politicians allow her to run my country but then granddaughter of Indian army and daughter of Maharashtra police officer who is Human Rights activist was born and brought up in MUMBAI, don’t even get rights to vote in her mother land why?....because she becomes Overseas Citizen of India after her marriage. 5) Veer Savarkar went through hell to free our country but get very tough, painful life even after independence and don’t know what Nehru and Gandhi did so especial to free our country from Britishers but acted like we citizens have given them our country in VIRASAT…… 6) Top cops who are IPS officers seats in AC offices having full luxuries amenities, they live in bigger homes and give their children and wife a royal financial life where as low rank police official works for some time up to 36 hours, gets very shitty office space, lives in a very small homes with not fair livable condition and could help our family members to barely survive. 7) IPS officers are using police constable as their house maids under name of house orderly where fact is there no such position is Home orderly after independence. And another brutal fact is IPS officers are forcing these orderly for picking up officer wife’s laundry, dropping their kids to school and tuition, walking their dogs, dusting or cleaning their bathrooms. If any orderly refuse to do these kind of work then they get threatened by getting bad report and or worst posting. 8) Low rank police officials forced to collect hafta so his superiors up to Minister could get share but then it comes to suspending the officials from services under corruption charges then only them hit the most and their superiors stay untouched. My heart aches when I see very smart, shroud politician like Mr. Sharad Pawar who was born in the state which gave patriotic leaders like savarkar, Tilak raises the issue of Sonia being foreigner, creates his own political party, but then again seats shoulder to shoulder with her and plays dirty politics to fulfill his own selfish agenda and he too acts like we citizens have given him our country in VIRASAT. My heart aches when Udhav Thakre and Raj Thakre give speeches on helping Marathi people but keep mum while watching Marathi daughter, sister, wife running publicly to get justice for her father’s or husband’s wrongful death. Having said this, our Demands are…………. 1) Give our beheaded, mutilated Shaheeds and their family the justice they deserve, take our above mentioned Shaheed’s murderers to International court of Law under violation of Geneva Convention ( Human Rights) 2) Have NIA or any other independent investigation authority to reinvestigate the wrongful death of our Shahids Ashok Kamte Saheb, Hemant Karkare Saheb and Vijay Salaskar Saheb. Bring their murderers to justice in URGENT manner. 3) Put stop on constitutional Rights violation of the citizens in hands of Judges and lawyers by putting video, audio system in Courts of India. 4) Give police manual to every low rank police officials , reduce their number of working hours up to 8 hours, give them the same medical benefits which IPS and high rank police officers are getting, give them very fair size, hygienic office space with basic amenities and offer them reasonable size homes. 5) Bring the abusers of 498a to justice and give justice to the victims of misuse of 498a in URGENT manner. My Demands are……………….. 1) Have chief Justice of Maharashtra Mr. Mohit Shah to release the apology letter to me and to US Homeland Security Department Washington DC office ASAP. The mentioned Apology letter is submitted to him in his court on 11 the July 2011 by India External Affairs Ministry. 2) Act in URGENT manner on investigation orders which were issued by India External Affairs Ministry Washington DC office dated 30 th September’2009 and by Prime Minister office of India Dated 11th October’2011 and by President office of India. 3) Issue an unbillable arrest to my father Atmaram Raghogirao Ghag’s murderers and to my abusers, the involved IPS officers (retired and being in Service) Mr. Sanjay Sinha, Mr. D. Shivanandan, Mr. Rakesh Maria who tried to label me as a TERRORIST on US soil and falsely filed complaint against me to US Homeland Security Department Washington DC. 4) Help me bring my brothers Manish and Paresh out from their ongoing torture ASAP and bring their abusers to justice in URGENT manner.
