To, Mr. P L Punia Ji, Chairman National Commission Scheduled Caste, Lok Nayak Bhawan, 5th –Floor, Khan Market, New-Delhi, 110003 Application against as pertains and documentary remarks Bhagwan Maha Rishi Valmiki is the book titled as Jiyo India Jinda dil written by so called Guru Bhai Sandeep Bali and request for taking of appropriate legal actions against Sandeep Bali. Honourable Sir, The applicant most respectfully submits and wants to draw the kind attention of this Hassel commission towards a called for and documentary remarks and as pertains made by so called GURU BHAI SANDEEP BALI author of his book titled JIYO INDIA JINDA DIL. Honourable Sir, The author of the book has said and written as under on page 16 “Chanakya was so ugly that cannot be described, Astawark rishi had eight curses in his body, Valmiki Was a Thief” the copy of the said version is attached for the kind attention of this hassle commission. Honourable sir, The so called Guru Bhai Sandeep Bali has made the let most documentary remarks against Bhagwan Maha Rishi Valmiki and also made as pertain to that extremely hurts my fellings as other members of the hindu and valmaki community. This type of pertains really hurt the hindu as this so called Guru Bhai held himself superior, superman and godman and think about the Bhagwan Maha Rishi Valmiki. The so called author even has given more respect to the chanakya and Astawark rishi than Bhagwan Maha Rishi Valmiki. I therefore most respectfully prayed to this hassle commission that so called Guru Bhai Sandeep Bali author of Jiyo India Jinda dil (trust) R/o 1067 - 2B/7, Mehrauli, New Delhi as he should be punished and the appropriate direction as be given to delete the documentary remarks and as pertains in the Book.
