There is delay and only delay in filling the Income Tax returns. The assesses are facing the hardship and we the chartered accountants have become useless wasting our time for making many permutation and combination to upload the assesses return. The sufferings start with the updating of contacts even in case of existing assesses. Why two PIN have been prescribed. One is require to be delivering at e mail account and another on mobile. That was restricted to 4 Pin on one number and one email which has now been relaxed to 10. Think over it again. Recently SIFY has windup its operations and sify has collapsed. Tomorrow, the popular e mails like gmail or yahoo goes to same way as sify, then how these PIN shall be communicated. Now come to the functioning of the site. PIN is being delivered with a delay of 15/20 hours and the validity period is of 24 hours. How can anyone upload the returns in this format? Think it again; the senior citizens are the most sufferers. How can a senior citizen read out the message with confidence and how can be forward it to his/her counsel for action in perfect correlation with the operating his/her e mail and communicating online with his/her counsel. How many senior citizens are known to this botheration exercise? Is there no mean available to end their sufferings? At least this was not expected from this Government. You also have to keep in mind the internet connectivity and power availability across the country. Who will think it over and where is the Himalayan promise made by Mr, Modi regarding ‘LESS GOVERNENCE?”what are you doing my dear ministers? Please take up with the IT companies who are authorize for the maintaining the site. They have made it impossible to achieve the targets. Call for the daily report of the site function for the rest of the day. See how many returns are being filled daily. Go through the problems being faced by the professionals across the country and if there is no early solution to it, just announce the extension of dates for filing. The present position is that site is very slow and one return is uploaded in three to four hour. Check by your own and try to file your own returns.
