To The Haters You can bash us and trash us whether we’re up or down; You can spread your hate all over the town- You can flood the web with your mindless prattle- WE ARE KENTUCKY – that’s all that matters! You can compare us with other programs galore, And never come close to evening the score: Most all time wins than anyone else- Even KU and Wanna-Be Self.. No one can touch the Big Blue Tradition, Over 100 years of unbridled passion. You can call us names out of your jealous despair, WE ARE KENTUCKY – we’re everywhere! Our fan base extends from coast to coast- With a following that no other fans can boast! You can stomp and whine and curse and mutter- WE ARE KENTUCKY – unlike any other! Some say we’re the most hated fan base, I suppose that’s true- I guess that’s the price for loving The Big Blue! Like America is the most hated nation in the crop, WE ARE KENTUCKY-it’s lonely but LOVELY at the top! So many people have made us an obsession, You don’t pay your own school as much attention! You try in vain to defame and unseat us- WE ARE KENTUCKY-you will never defeat us! You can accuse us of all sorts of vicious stuff- Living in a Big Blue shadow is tough. So go ahead and hate us-our case is at rest- WE ARE KENTUCKY-WE ARE THE BEST!! GO BIG BLUE!!
