To all my seniors. I need a serious career advise. REDMATH offered me a very very decent job, and the company I am currently working is also great. What I am getting at REDMATH = 1) very much stable job in longer run 2) corporate life which I always dreamed of 3) fair learning with very much experienced seniors. 4) looking forward to start my MBA-EX within next year, it will help me at REDMATH being a part of corporate culture. What I am getting at my current job 1) really relax mahol, no pressure of timing. I can work anytime I want. All I have to do is to complete my tasks. 2) very much hands on learning on various technologies. But bad is there is not too senior resource in my team, there is too much self learning instead of guided learning. Self note: In longer run, there arent many game producers at Lahore which are big enough to switch after 2 years of experience. But there are Enterprise solution providers hence in longer run, getting a much batter switch could be easy.
