To all of our friends : Please help us help others by helping this group. Here is the start of our campaign for the North American wool cooperative. They are a not for profit group whos trying to rebuild the Wool industry in America with a focus on the small farmer. They have done a lot of beautiful things for us and others and have helped us out immensely. Please help them by sharing this and contributing if you can. This is a very very noble cause and will benefit the American fiber farmers for decades and decades to come. We never ask you guys for money we just dont and never will. We were robbed recently of $1800 of equipment we didnt ask you guys to help us out with a dime of it . We Will take care of that ourselves but if you ever felt like you wanted to pay us back in someway instead pay it this way. We and our collaborative fiber farmers here in the Midwest and across the nation will all benefit from this. This will allow us to test our fibers cheaply and have it certified for sale so that we can sell American grown wool to be woven into American made threads and yarns to be woven into American-made fabrics. We, and I mean we as in the American fiber farmers , need this desperately if we ever want to help rebuild the American wool industry. The macro farmers have the resources but the small farmers do not. Fiber testing for many many many samples can get costly and make micron certification difficult. This group will not be doing it for profit but instead will be doing it to give the small farmer a leading step up. Times are tough and I understand that but if you can afford to donate please donate here.
