To all the Estate Agents in Walvis Bay. If you are not on my friend list, I do hope that this message will reach your ears and get your attention. It has come to my attention that some of you are not satisfied and feel threatened with the fact that I am taking employment again with D F Malherbe and Partners. I am going back for my own personal reasons and because they believe in my abilities and quality of work that I deliver. I do want to tell you this, I feel honored that you feel threatened as it means that I do possess of a quality to give excellent services to the public and any prospective seller and/or buyer and I always go the extra mile. I am NOT interested in your deals and believe me, I can find my own deals if I want to, I do not have to ride on anybodys back. Also for your information I have ceased my Estate Agency business and are busy with other projects which will not interfere with your agency work. I do, however, challenge you all to bring your transactions to the office for registration as we are all very good in what we do. I believe in professional services and good work, that is why many people always contact me for help and information on any transactions. I do have a good client base and they do appreciate the work I have done for them previously. I also have my own partners and agents to whom I deal with and give all my transactions to, I really do not need to pry into yours. So I hope you will take up my challenge and not see me as a threat but as a professional person who only delivers excellent and quality work. Blessings to you all
