To all who may want to try water fasting let me say you can not say I am just going to do it tomorrow and jump into it it is intensive on your mind and body and I didnt go on it along it was a group of us that started this 2 months ago and I with 34 others was able to finish it. You have to listen to your body and when it tells you to eat eat. I have a medical issues that has me under the care of an Oncologist since March and instead of doing something invasive I decided to do something holistically about it. And the stomach mass that was shown on my CT Scan is gone because I had a bulged on the left side of my abdomen that is non existence. Nevertheless I will continue my medical treatment and follow-ups because I am a nurse and I am not stupid either and furthermore I believe God. And the whites of my eyes are no longer redden and I look younger than my age, woo hoo.
