To anyone out there who doesnt follow any particular religious following at this time of year...and to those who do as well. Know that although many North Americans have decked themselves out in green and red and tacky sweaters galore and have covered every inch of their homes, lawns and any other public space with lights and decorations and are making claims to be celebrating Christendom in all its glory... well remember, most of these began as small traditions based on getting together with family and friends to celebrate life and living. If theres nothing else you take from this time of year it should be that.
