To my church-going friends, Noah versus Gods Not Dead: I planned - TopicsExpress

To my church-going friends, Noah versus Gods Not Dead: I planned to see Noah, simply because I am intrigued by Bible stories turned movie. The problem: the director is opposed to the belief that the author of the book in which he appears(God, the Bible) exists. Yep, it was directed by an atheist. So what? Its just a movie. The problem is that the movie is directed by someone who doesnt understand the love and mercy of God, so Noah is to him just a story of the destruction of the world by a fabled god, no more real than Thor, Buddha, or Baal. By funding this movie you thus fund the promotion of his belief system. Now then, Gods Not Dead: Family movie-NOT the Hollywood definition, a quality movie---I was thoroughly entertained, and it is--far more than courageous or fireproof--a great ministry. It can easily aim right at the unsaved, unchurched and say hey, heres our view. You decide. So avoid Noah and see GND.
