They are: Virtue,Renunciation, Discernment, Equanimity, Patience, Persistence, Truth, Determination, Good Will and Loving-kindness. Virtue is cultivating and practicing awareness. Virtue (Latin: virtus, Ancient Greek: ἀρετή “arete“) is moral excellence. A virtue is a positive trait or quality deemed to be morally good and thus is valued as a foundation for principles and good moral being. Personal virtues are characteristics valued as promoting collective and individual greatness. We will discuss in a round-table format your questions about the practice and how to integrate the teachingsinto your everyday life. This will be casual and interactive, a perfect environment to meet new friends and develop strong relationships about the practice in a safe and open environment. This is a perfect opportunity for you to deepen your spiritual practice and join in a dialog about what works, what doesnt and how we can grow. Thursday, January 8th, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. We will set the next date then. You don’t need to attend them all, one here and there is totally fine, all are welcome and no meditation or dharma study experience is necessary.
