To tell everyone the truth, the last 3 days have been pure hell in my body, Ive been in a lyme flare..and barely slept the week before. If I am slow to responding, this is why..Ive been in bed for the past 3 days - which is a twist in things...yet, I know this is just a reminder to rest and retreat when needed. Im still healing, Im still adjusting, and the Spring brought up a lot of internal issues and a lot of deep observations between my partner and I too boot. I know we are both clearing and allowing the process to move through us, and it may seem like Ive been just updating a lot yet I am wanting you guys to feel this the best I can explain it, the last few days really have no words, realization after realization. I know everyone has to be feeling this. Theres no resistance now, we dont have time for that, Im going to give myself a few days. I woke up with inflammation so bad I can barely swallow, and swollen knees. I AM getting there, and thats all that matters. I AM blessed and thankful for everyone and everything in my life. Especially Vi and I..weve made it far with one another, soul made and rememberd relatipnships are not easy..they are anything but, they are lifetimes of work
