To the Town of Stoneham, Campaigns at any level take the commitment, love and sacrifice of a candidate’s family, friends, colleagues and neighbors. I appreciate each vote and wish I could thank each one of you individually. So to all of you, I thank you for supporting me over the past seven weeks. It truly means the world to me. I especially want to thank Jamie, Vanessa and Teagan for putting up with my busy schedule during this campaign, and to my committee for their tireless efforts to get this done. I also want to thank those who I now consider great advisers. You know who you are, thank you. While our campaign had its challenges and oftentimes was downright frustrating and stressful, I believe overall that we had some fun along the way. The spirit and enthusiasm of our campaign and your commitment to our great community and to making a change to make it a greater place to live is heartening to me and encouraging for the future of Stoneham. It was a close race. Our campaign received 43% of the votes which shows that my platform resonated with the voters of Stoneham. Please join me in congratulating Selectman ONeil and acknowledge her hard fought campaign and what I know to be her love for Stoneham as well. Its a new day in Stoneham. I remain committed to the challenges we face and look forward to pressing our elected officials to work hard on our behalf. We still have work to do and I encourage you all to remain involved. Thank you!
