To the lady, at the city bus station, a little while ago, that just had to step in front of ten other people to get on the bus... Did the bus get you to your destination any quicker? I dont think so, especially since you got off the bus at the same exact stop that I did. You know, there is a scripture for this situation- The first shall be last and the last shall be first. Granted, its always good to try and get ahead, in life BUT, when you do it at the expense of others (selfishly, thinking only of yourself) you might just find yourself at the END of a very long line, sometimes down the road. Did Jesus die, on the cross, for His own good? Nope!!! He put the WHOLE WORLD in His heart when He made the ultimate sacrifice. And I truly believe that those of us, that put others first (show compassion and consideration, to them) we just might get the ultimate blessing and be at or near the front of that long line, thatll get to see Jesus, face to face.
