To the person who said they spend child support on things like electricity, water, and CABLE....THAT IS NOT CHILD SUPPORT!!! You are using it to pay bills you should already be making enough money to pay. Whether you had a child or not, you would have to pay rent, electricity, and water....even cable!!! Educational cartoons my ass! Seriously! I bet the TV is always on Housewives or Bad Girls Club or some other dumbass TV show you broads watch. Child support is food for your child, clothes for your child, extra curricular activities for your child, medical bills for your child, things that directly relate to your child still experiencing a life like a child who lived in a two parent household. I see why most you single mothers (I am not talking about the good ones, because I know there are some awesome, unselfish, single moms out there) still live in Cheyenne and keep having kids, because apparently you would be homeless without electricity, water, and CABLE! If Wyoming is not going to change the rules and hold the mothers accountable (having to prove that the money is spent on the child) like they do the fathers, then they need to change it from child support to MOTHER SUPPORT!
