To the shameful woman sitting beside me: 1. DONT use your cell phone in the theater. Its distracting, disrespectful, and puts you at risk of me coming at you in anger. 2. Dont constantly ask who characters are - just listen and youll find out. Its called exposition. 3. Yes, there is a dog in Two Gentlemen of Verona. Youd know that if you read the play. Or the program. But Im assuming you dont read (or listen, since you didnt turn off your phone), so youd know by looking at the poster. 4. Dont take picture of said dog using your phone (which should be off) during the show. Shes an adorable puppy, we all know. 5. If youd like to talk to me about proper theatre etiquette during the intermission (right now) or after the show, by all means, please do. (This is assuming I havent come at you with angry words yet.)
