Respected sir, SUB: 5th PILLAR I Demanding to conduct Vigilance Awareness Week-2014 at Pondicherry. We the 5th PILLAR, Anti-corruption federation working on democracy rights, and good governance, we demand to conduct the Vigilance Awareness Week-2014, at all Govt. Departments of Pondicherry, as per the direction of Chief Vigilance Commission But the Govt. of Pondicherry failed to conduct the same at last year, due to non conduction of VAW-2013 state government corruption charges we cant bring out to the public domain, Transparency is the first democratic rights, Pondicherry people are expecting to conduct the Vigilance Awareness Week-2014 at all departments and also which are more sensitive and public service dept too, and now a day’s people are having more awareness on corruption charges and its law punishments too on various ongoing corruption cases, If the Chief Vigilance Officer ignore to conduct the VAW-2014, that shows he is also involved and making deliberate obstacles and hiding the govt activities and transparency, and also recently at Pondicherry we have lots corruption charges comes out like CENTAC, Coal Mine Scam, CAG reported of state corruption charges, so we demand to conduct VAE-2014, and also provide wide newspaper publish on dailies, weekly and TV media along with the date, time and venue with circular note of CVC guidelines.
