To whom it may concern, My name is Tim Chambers I am a Marine Veteran. I have spent my whole life in public service. I am known by millions for my salute I hold at Rolling Thunder in Washington D.C. I have held this salute for 11 years now and will continue to stand my moral post. I grew up on a farm in Oregon. I learned early what hard work was all about. I can relate to all ages of Americans because of my upbringing. I teach our history. I help people remember and reflect. I make people feel needed and special. We are all in this together. We must stand united or we will fall. I need to storm the beach of every state and reaffirm why I hold my salute, what it means to people and why it is important to care about each other. I must visit every school I can and talk to the kids about staying in school, remembering a POW/MIA that did not make it home and live their life in honor of that Veteran and the sacrifice of all Veterans and First Responders. The key to turning this Nation around is inspiring our youth to be better Americans and have respect for each other and themselves. I have been in classrooms and I can see how easily the kids can be encouraged, you see they do not have the mentorship at home. I have revitalized a stamp initiative to honor the Peace Keepers that perished in the Barracks Bombing in Beirut Lebanon in October 23, 1983. This will be with me at all events my goal is to get this accomplished before the 30th Anniversary this year. https://facebook/PeaceKeeperStampInitiative My program “The Last Mile” has complete flexibility and is a good way to reach our youth and unite communities by honoring our Veterans and Families of Prisoners of War and Missing in Action! This also inspires our youth to exercise their rights as Americans and write their elected officials! leavenowarriorbehind.org/The_Last_Mile.html I am working on getting my real estate license. My first push is getting real estate licenses to Veterans and partnering with real estate companies all over the country. I looked at the profit margin and this is a very realistic way to unite Citizens with Veterans, get Veterans working and being able to provide a great quality of life. I have one Veteran (Army National Guard) Lorraine Heist that is my first Veteran to help provide leads to in southern California! The key to this success considering there is a shortage of inventory will be inspiring the builders and developers to utilize my Veterans or partnered companies first. My other initiative I am working on that will not be a “not for profit” is my book “The Saluting Marine” about my salute what it means to people why I did it and why it is important to care about each other. I am hoping this will fund some of my efforts to help others but also I hope to fill some mason jars and plan for my future. This book will be a tool to unite and inspire Americans. LNWB mission statement is: leavenowarriorbehind.org/ To strengthen the bonds among Americans through the spirit of volunteerism bringing Americans together to improve the quality of life of our youth, less fortunate and our Veterans though awareness, education, compassion, job opportunities, financial assistance and provide housing for our at risk and homeless Veterans. Goals: File my corporation Leave No Warrior Behind (LNWB) as a not for profit entity. Create a nationwide referral service that will garner donations to help fund LNWB. Fund a License for a Veteran teach them how to run a business and help them get what they need to succeed in that profession. Then ask America to use a Veteran First. Have the Peace Keeper Stamp Commemorated by the Post Office and awarded Develop programs to educate youth and communities about our history and the price that has been paid for our freedom. Console families that have lost loved ones fighting for our freedom. Console our wounded Veterans and honor their sacrifice. Fund military style summer camps for at risk youth. Purchase properties to house at risk and homeless Veterans. Purchase camp grounds to house all homeless.
