Today I am making bread....I have a bread maker but hardly ever use it....the simple reason being I cut very generous slices and end up eating far too much!.....bread is a weakness of mine.....However, as it is still raining and still cold I am not in the mood for going to Tesco!.... This is my last full day at home before going to Cornwall on Monday....I have started making a list of things I need to do.....sadly I have no energy and very little enthusiasm.....I think I have pre-holiday lethargy....I am so tired, I just need to be there now.... Hubby is hiring a van today to take a Bed and other essentials to our rental property over on the East Coast ready for when he starts work over there..... I better get dressed.....I need to face up to this day....xxx
