Today I completed a 30 day fitness challenge that I created myself. I set the goal of doing one fitness class per day (any kind, yoga, TRX, Soul Cycle, ect) for 30 days in a row. I have never done anything like this before and well..better late than never :-) Part of my personal experiment was I wanted to see what would happen. I feel so good that I did it and it makes me feel like I can do anything. Commitment and following through feels amazing. Weight loss and feeling stronger--which happened-- does not compare to the feeling of personal satisfaction and overall better mood I am in. I feel more patient, optimistic, calm, happy, fierce and fabulous. I have met amazing people and teachers and I look forward to the next 30 days :-) No need to stop now :-) In case any of you considered doing something like this-- I highly recommend. You CAN do it. Any age, any fitness level. Make a decision and the body follows. XOXO
