Today I had a Boxer charge at the fence in his yard. He slipped right under the fence and charged Jodee and I. This must have happened before as he was on a chain and we were able to step into the street to avoid a bad situation, but it was still scary. I am very proud of Jodee for trusting me and continuing with me. Her usually response to being startled is to try to slip her collar and run. Perhaps since she has never slipped this martingale collar she has finally learned it isnt worth the attempt?
