Today I mean business! I dont want to but store tofu anymore personal preference. Once youve made your own and taste real tofu you cant go back unless of course Im dining out and I like the sound of the tofu dishes on the menu. Im not quite that crazy if Im out and hungry. But at home I can control the climate! I had to break out the 18 quart pot to get all the 16 cups of soaked soybeans in at once! This called for quick thinking so I doubled my burner rack to avoid scorching my curds and whey! No joke! Ill freeze my tofu and have it at future times indefinite!
