Today I took a big step, I started the process of learning to swim. Its something I have been avoiding for about 42 years lol. Honestly I was scared. But I always encourage my clients to step out of their comfort zones and do what scares them most so I figured I had to take the plunge (no pun intended) you know what it was really scary at first but I just had to trust and do it and it was fun!!!!
