Today Im taking Ryan to one of three extensive appointments at DDBP, Cincinnati Childrens developmental and behavioral pediatrics to have Ryan reassessed for Autism. A couple years ago we had this assessment, and Ryan was having too many seizures and developmental delays to say for sure whether he has autism or not. It will take them till April to give us the results to this assessment, so I know that whatever the results are, they will be accurate. This information is important for us to get Ryan the proper provisions while he is at school. Fortunately he is already getting all of the therapies he needs right now, except for ABA therapy (a behavioral therapy used for autism). Hoping for a safe and mildly stress-free day!
