Today Patric & Nicole needed me to create a foot care note & retinal screening note to provide another organization on how we work as an interdisciplinary team in diabetes care .. So they came in & I found our patient named patient test on his file hes 11 years old lol probably didnt mean to be that age but its just a fake patient. When Patric reads Patients test hx to us hes been living with diabetes for 10 years .. Haha I was like but hes 11 ! Just sounded funny, cause I dont think they realized his fake birthdate made him 11 🙊 But It was neat, I got to create pretty much like a scenario for myself pretending I provided foot care & retinopathy services to our patient test :) & I added in a bunch of good stuff that I see in my practice! Hopefully it sounds good 😋 if this offends anyone Im not trying to make fun of diabetes at all, so Im sorry! Just felt like sharing a part of my work life 😋🙋
