Today Woody and I went to visit Mama Dean. Unfortunately, she was sound asleep when we got there and Billy Dean must have been at the hotel catching a cat nap. We dropped off our flowers and will go back at a better time. She had surgery last Thursday because of degenerative discs in her spine. This lady puts us all to shame. She has suffered through months of horrible pain and hardly complained. She takes it in stride and keeps on keeping on. As some of you know, this is the second surgery that she has had on her back. If you know Mama Dean personally or know of her through the family, please keep her in your prayers. I totally believe in healing through the miracle of prayer. She can surely use all we can send.
