Today i start my Life Change as my sweet Cameo calls it as well as others .. Im starting my Workout today.. And will be doing so every Monday, wednesday and friday every week Unless of course something comes up like this friday ,my kids have no school.. will have to try to fit in a later time on them days perhaps, My will power will be strong ( please pray for me on that) no to all candy and junk, no fast food and whatnot. My salmon meals now i will still go out for them and my eggs, toast and cucumbers at my fav coney island they are awesome too.. I got this I can do this.. Yeppers.. I got a wedding coming up for my real life brother soon to look forward too and somebody is making me a special outfit for next years ren faire Woot thank you Melody you are the bomb.. And i also know there are Many that will support me on my journey to health, I am also taking a new herb called lions mane that my friend from natures products had directed me towards for my memory and nerves in my head and my face to get better.. :D well Im off .. you all have a blessed day.. *hugs you all* :D
