Today i witnessed a woman give up on her marriage; as tears formed in her eyes while removing her wedding ring, i thought what could i say to console her (sense i was standing but only two feet away from her on a crowed train). Nothing came to mind, so i prayed as i gazed out of the window, asking God to give me a word for this hurting bride. He said to me, "she wont hear you with those headphones on, therefor she will not hear me." By no means am i the only person on this earth he will use to console this woman, so i prayed "well father let your will be done, but i ask that you send someone to my sisters aid quickly, & allow their words to be attached to yours." Lord knows how bad it hurt to see her crying, but i know God herd my prayer. I have never seen this lady a day in my life, but i can not wait to see her again & ask her how her marriage is doing. I share this because in being ready to give up we need to be open to the right people, for this particular situation (though i thought to sincerely console her) God wanted to use someone else & will to make sure her wounds are healed. Yet we must be ready at any moment to pray for those that are hurting, even when we cannot find the words to patch up those holes. Sometimes we shoot the shot, other times we assist but we never stop playing the game (caring). #kingdomtalk
