Today is definitely a rant day. My post to Telus, our phone provider. Let me express my extreme displeasure with your version of customer service. I have very limited cell service at our home so must stand in a certain place with toes curled to the east and headed tilted to get any. Our land line was out as of 5.45 am. Charged the cell and called Telus 611 - after punching it seemed like a dozen numbers I gave up and hit zero - hurrah, got a real person who promptly said Ill pass you over to a landline customer service rep - yep, ten minutes of bad music later -- got one who had no idea when it would be restored or why it was out. Last time it was because some one stole the line lying above ground. Claimed they didnt know it was out. Hmmm, I know people who reported it hours ago. so quit bragging on your so called customer service Telus because it is quite frankly poor to non existent. Yep, they spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on cute ads featuring animals. Would be better spent on real people with training.
