Today my little girl cried because she wanted to climb in the big mom and dad bed with me and watch a kids show. Instead I took her to the babysitter and went to work with a promise to her that wed do what she wanted tomorrow. It broke my heart seeing her standing in the babysitters kitchen with tears in her eyes. I go to work twice a week because I want to (and it helps add to our savings too). I love it. I love getting paid to draw and only having to go in to the office twice a week so I can spend the rest of the time taking care of S. I love being a mom. I love it. I love my little girl. I also love my husband. I try really hard to give everything my best; but, mostly feel like I don’t do any of these things very well because I’m only one person. My point: I have to share a movie that has become one of my very favorites. For all moms who work, run all around trying so hard and yet feel like you are doing a poor job, this movie is for you.
