Today my niece , Taiya Smith, will start her second round of chemo. This round lasts for two weeks. Whisper a prayer for her today, and everyday. Her mom, my sister Angela Terrell Smith, as well...I know she needs strength and patience as she stands by and is helpless to the healing of her baby girl. Just breaks my heart for her. Taiya has the courage of a dozen grown men. I know that is a blessing in disguise. Sending a boat load of love, thoughts, and prayers to Birmingham this morning.
