Today starts with Trading Post as the only place in Belfast for official magic events. A sad time indeed with the Little Board Game Cafe now officially closed. I say this because Chris was a gent when it came to communicating what was best for the community. He respected and tried to network when and where possible. To those who are loyal to lbgc all I can ask is that you at least try Trading Post. Some folk had a preference for lbgc and that wasnt hard to see why. (Great coffee, great treats, and a super friendly host.) And it will be missed. With all this in mind. A few changes are now in effect with the weekly schedule. Monday - Seasonal event (WMCQ = Standard) - £3.50 pp Tuesday - Closed for Slayers @ 6pm Wednesday - Draft - £13 pp (3 booster + 1 into prize pool) Thursday - Yugioh - Advanced format Friday - FNM - Both Day and Evening - £3.50 pp Saturday - Advanced format - 12pm start £3 and 4pm start - £5 Sunday - Free play time. (Even for board games) This schedule is provisional and can change. But with player input and suggestions I hope to make the shop as welcoming to new players as it has been to regulars.
