Today, teachers and staff members loaded school buses for the 2013 Summer Bus Tour! Students and families were invited to come and meet teachers and staff members from Dyersburg City Schools at one of twelve different locations. Students were treated to a juice box, a Dyersburg City Schools bracelet, and a backpack filled with school supplies! In all, over 400 backpacks were given out! Dyersburg City Schools would like to thank all of the area groups, businesses, and organizations that allowed us to set up at their locations. Thank you to all of the staff members that took the time to attend. Thank you to Will Bird, Tom Mathis, Bill Van Sant, and Jackie Wilder for driving the buses for the 2013 Summer Bus Tour! Thank you to all of the area students and families that joined us in celebration of the start of the 2013-2014 school year!
