Today was a living testament to how human kindness can take you to a level of such heart warming joy that you may have thought you had lost from life. to the three homeless gentlemen I had the privilege of helping today in separate situations. to have given you the gift of a hand when you were struggling and everyone around you ignored you, I saw you mate! and the way your face lit up when I reached out my hand to help you made my heart smile. thank you. to the second gentleman as I walked down the Melbourne streets towards flinders you came towards me with a smile on your face and a humble nod of your head as you passed me. at second glance I recognised you, you were the friend I missed out on helping last time. so today when I ran after you down the street and gave you half of my lunch, as you looked up into my eyes saying I wasnt asking for anything from you. I placed my food in your hands and said I want you to have this. your eyes welled with tears as you stared at me in disbelief. saying thank you miss god bless you. Im glad I finally got to share that meal with you. and to the final gentleman Andrew thank you for your genuine smile not only on your face but in your eyes when I gave you my coffee to warm you. not only in body but in your heart, so that you know there are people that care for you, although we were strangers as you looked up at me in disbelief of me approaching you we parted as friends. xoxoxo Thank you gentlemen for my un expected wonderful day. I know you will not get to see this, I just want the word out there so others may be so kind when they know what kind souls you are. xo
