Today was an interesting day. I had a meeting with cardiologist (good news.. Im not dying). Then I talked to someone she recommended to me about a study theyre doing. (turns out I dont qualify because Im asymptomatic) Some of the questions really threw me. She asked how I felt when I was diagnosed. I explained that Ive been through some seriously more intense medical stuff so it was more of a Ah, so thats whats wrong! Webmd said either Congestive Heart Failure or Pneumonia (I was betting on pneumonia). Its always interesting to talk to people who have been healthy all of their lives. A combo of confusion and lack of understanding and sometimes too much empathy. I said we all die, just some of us have more warning. Im cool with dying, its inevitable.
