Today was day 1 of a 30 day challenge group I am in. Thanks Lindsey Gray for the support. Yesterday I took my before pics and measurements and I am hoping to lose a little weight but mostly tone over the next 30 days. I will be eating clean, doing a combination of workouts including Turbo Fire, running, strength training/boot camp workouts and hot yoga! As well as a 30 day arm challenge and a 30 day ab challenge. Today was a great day. I had overnight oats for breakfast with dried blueberries and banana, an apple and 14 almonds for morning snack, tuna mixed with hummus over spaghetti squash and tomatoes for lunch, cucumber with red pepper hummus for my afternoon snack, Turbofire chili with cornbread and spinach and mushrooms for dinner and a glass of wine and handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips for dessert. My workout for today was Turbo fire - 45 minutes. Although my neighbor downstairs really hated me. She even came up to complain when I was only 5 minutes in. I didnt stop though. Forget her - she will get used to it. Ha. I feel great and am going to go to bed early. If you have any questions about how to eat clean please dont hesitate to ask.
