Today was one of those days. I felt very inadequate and couldnt meet my own standards all day long. Sometimes I set expectations for myself that will never be met. Things were hard today. They couldve been a lot easier if I wouldve allowed myself to be imperfect. I say this just in case anybody else feels this way. Facebook is so pretty and unrealistic, that when I can relate to someones true blue stuff, I feel a sense of normalcy. I dont need to hear good job, youre the best, etc..while those things are lovely, sometimes we just need an I understand. So...with that being said, my survival rate for bad days is still at 100% and yours is, too. #realtalk
