Today was our last day of our 3 month weight loss challenge at work. My starting weight was 195.4lbs and today I am currently at 164lbs. I lost a total of 31.4 lbs. I am very proud of what I have accomplished and was lucky enough to be awarded with the prize! I followed a strict diet and worked very hard. This was a great way to get motivated. Everyone in the challenge did a great job with a total loss of over 300 pounds.
