Today was the first day of secondary school at BGMs new school. The name of the school is Ecole Secondaire Centre dEspoire de Galette Chambon. Our motto is Pi Wo Pi Lwen. Which means Above and Beyond. We are starting with seventh grade and adding a new grade each year until we offer all secondary grades. Moliere Arcel is the new principal and we have hired a secretary, Vanessa, and eight teachers. Many of you have sent in support that has allowed these children to continue their education. We are so thankful because that is why we were able to open the school at all! So far we have about 34 students, but we have spots for 50 total. Education is vital to sustainability in a community. People of this community are watching God do amazing things and we are quick to share that it is not us providing, but rather a loving, gracious God. Praise Him!!
